Introduction

Verde Residential is a boutique multi disciplined business, providing custom residential & commercial design, construction and project consulting and advisory services.

We deliver a varied range of projects that have sustainable features by including passive solar design elements mixed with sustainably sourced materials. This is reflected through our designs and selection of materials throughout the project.

People

As Managing Director, Chris Huddart is responsible for all aspects of the business. Over the past 20 years, Chris been involved in the architecture, construction and project & development management industries.

His experience is in delivering varied commercial and residential construction projects to meet project timelines and costs. He has delivered projects in a variety of sectors including new homes, extensions & renovations, health services, public use, child care, multi storey residential buildings, manufacturing & industrial, sporting facilities, retail, office fit outs and retirement villages.

Chris is a Registered Building Practitioner (DP-AD & DB-Unlimited) with the Victorian Building Authority. We are supported by a broad range of delivery partners including architects, designers, draftsmen, project managers, site managers, engineers, surveyors, interior designers & energy consultants that are passionate and understand the important role they play in the delivery of a project.

When it comes to the construction phase, we have a broad range of contractors and suppliers that enable us to complete our projects with quality materials and competitive prices.
