Port Melbourne Renovation

This contemporary extension and renovation was completed in 2015 as a construction only project. The project included demolition of existing external structure and part of the main dwelling, extension along boundary and connection back into the existing 2 storey former commission home. 

The project features the following:

• Solar orientation with living spaces facing north and west
• Oak timber flooring
• LED lighting
• Hydronic heating
• Solar hot water
• Improved aluminium window frames
